Hey, good job with this pic. ^^ I like how you've been really mastering poses and coloring. The clothing came out Marvelously well. As does the expression. ^^

On for crits. I'm gunna say this for future pictures and not for this one, alone. Make doodles in your own time and try practicing more lights and darks in shading. In this picture, you have the clothing shaded nicely, but not enough for the fur and face. Look at pics that other artists you admire have done and take example of how they shade texture - such as fur texture.

Anyway, back to this pic. ^^ it's good to see MZDMers drawing other MZDMers. Makes the site whole. I think this pic rules SO much more cause you added a bg. Even I have problems practicing backgrounds and when I don't the pic only seems 'half done'. Your pic is a full scene. good job. ^^ for future pics, Try drawing bg's of buildings, places, etc. Take example off IRL pics and REALLY good artists (for my nature bg's, I take example off of Tanaka - who draws up manga/comics such as Gon. Godly artist). Try to fit the charries more into the scene. Experiment. XD like for a future schoolcostume pic, try drawing a japanese school in the bg or a playground. See if it enhances the bg.
